Further Information
For machine heads with slotted shafts, the string gets cutt off about 5cm behind the respective machine head, inserted at the top, bent over to the side and then wrapped around the shaft. When tuned, there should be about 2 or 3 windings on the shaft.
Unlike some other manufacturers, the individual parts of the Gotoh Relic Series are first subjected to the aging process separately and then they are assembled. This ensures a great look and proper function.
