Each steel file has a rubber-coated handle and different thickness on each cutting edge (string gauges: 010/026, 017/046, 013/036). This set of 3 files has been designed for 010 to 046 strings but a smaller edge can also be rocked side-to-side to widen a slot to a bigger size.
